With only around two weeks until it hits cinemas, Universal has offered a final look at the much-anticipated UFO-themed flick.
For fans of Spielberg's science fiction classics such as 1982's E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial and 1977's Close Encounters of the Third Kind, there will be few movies as highly anticipated as Disclosure Day - a return to form for the director and one of this year's most hotly debated releases.
Starring Emily Blunt, Josh O'Connor, Colin Firth, Colman Domingo and Eve Hewson, the film's plot is based on a story by Spielberg himself with a screenplay penned by David Koepp.
Now, the final trailer has dropped - offering not only the best look we're going to get of the film before release, but also some brief sequences of Spielberg himself talking about the topic of alien life.
Last year, the movie became the subject of a real-world conspiracy when a rumor began circulating suggesting that it isn't simply intended as a piece of entertainment, but as a genuine release of information concerning real-life alien visitors.
Its name - Disclosure Day - certainly isn't helping, especially given the apparent secrecy that surrounded its development and how long it took to be formally revealed.
Some now believe that the movie itself features real extraterrestrial entities and spacecraft.
Whatever the case, there isn't long now to wait to find out.
