A controversial new theory has suggested that a third of dinosaur species might not have even existed due to the fact that many young dinosaurs are so unlike their adult counterparts that they've been misidentified as unique species.
Many dinosaurs may be facing a new kind of extinction—a controversial theory suggests as many as a third of all known dinosaur species never existed in the first place.

I would rather believe science than that a Wizard did it. how do you know that god didn't use science to make it happen. "Pie" (sic) is not found in any pyramid. Harte i bet someone of those tomb robbers wish there had been. they were probable hungry,

two small mistakes a dino although a reptile was at least luke warm as compared to the cold blooded ones. and the croc family goes through the changes on a smaller scale. this according to the show last night. Some were, but certainly not all.

how do you know that god didn't use science to make it happen. Because there is no evidence that suggests such. I'm going to hold of a bit on this new theory as well. I accept that the science is valid, and the conclusions legitimate, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they are correct. Exactly my stance: why take a strong stand on something so controversial? Just wait until more evidence arises, I suppose.

Some were, but certainly not all. i think some of them may have been warm blooded by accident. IE due to their size, the sauropods. Because there is no evidence that suggests such. Exactly my stance: why take a strong stand on something so controversial? Just wait until more evidence arises, I suppose. because if someone didn't take a strong stand on it it wouldn't be controversial.

This really should come as no surprise. A perfect example are Komodo dragons. Their babies are not mini-versions of the adults, but look and act far more like very different, 'tree' monitors.... and for good reason. If they stayed on the ground they would be gobbled up by their parents!

how do you know that god didn't use science to make it happen. Because there is no evidence that suggests such. but there is evidence that it didn't happen right. Correct. I'm not sure that is completely accurate. I'm not sure that we can say that there is evidence that god did not use science to make it happen. Not as a logical argument, anyways. However, I think that we can say that if god was responsible, then the only manner in which he could have done it is through science. At that point, we can say that there is no evidence that it was done any other way.

Of course, any "intelligent" designer would have to use the scientific method to create anything useful. The thing is, there is quite a bit of evidence th... [More]
