Researchers have claimed that a photograph taken by rock historian Brett Meisner at the grave of Doors frontman Jim Morrison and that shows what some believe to be his ghost is actually authentic.
Jim Morrison has been dead for almost four decades but a snapshot belonging to longtime rock historian Brett Meisner allegedly shows the Doors frontman haunting his own grave. And now, just in time for Halloween, researchers now claim the image is authentic.

So close to Halloween - yes, very well timed when looking at the economy. People will pay for the reassurance that there is something beyond the grave. Pitty how it will diminish the credibility of the real thing.

It's not him because the ghost is wearing a shirt. Jim never liked wearing shirts. That's right. It makes just as much sense as claiming the photograph to be an "authentic" shot of Jim Morrison's ghost.

Hmmm...isn't it convenient that the main subject is standing over to one side so the "ghost" can be placed on the stairs. Anyone can do this in Photoshop.

Very poorly superimposed image, you'd hardly need Photoshop for this, just a plain old double exposure on film, i've seen more convincing "ghost" photos from the 1930's.
