Large Hadron Collider back in action

The $10 billion Large Hadron Collider is back in action after 14 months of repairs following its spectacular failure over a year ago, scientists are hoping the machine will make many milestone discoveries in 2010.
The world’s largest atom smasher, the Large Hadron Collider, has been re-started after 14 months of repairs. The $10billion (£6billion) machine suffered a spectacular failure more than a year ago – just nine days after the launch.

i thought there was an article not too long ago that the LHC was yet again damaged; this time by a pigeon with a bit of bread. i guess the bird didn't 'fowl' it up too bad... . i know. im sorry.

Well if it does break again I'm sure they'll get it up and running again in time for 2012.

yea maybe in time for 2012 update the particle collider has been turned on since friday in the us. im in new york so im writing according to my time monday, which is today they smashed the first particles togeather at a low energy. they want to make the energy higher and smash them again sounds like a little boy on christmas playing with his new toy. lets smash everything weee those cern scientists are jerks. or nephilim. i dont know what to call them im 100 percent against this in every way. if i was a little older with many college degrees and living in or near switzerland and envolved with ... im a religous freak will you attack me? i hate science. i dont need any sick science degree. im 100% against science. im all for nature and no science or technology. im not allowed to? im also severely religous and all for god, im not allowed to?? i have no reason to get a bunch of science degrees. i dont want to be fed lies. i sat in on a bunch of psychology classes and i felt i was being fed lies about human thinking. they feed lies to people. nothing in the textbooks is true. its just popular but not true i was being taught that girls want to have sex with their fathers and kill their moms,...
