Speed camera chief caught speeding

theres this new device that was on the news this morning that stops speeding. i cant remember what its called, but keep on a look our for it. what it does is smiles if your under the speed limit, a straight kinda face if your on the speed limit, and a sad face if your over the speed limit. you can set it to this mode that stops your from going over the speed limit completely, no matter how much you put your foot down. but the thing is, if that guy were to use it, would it go absolutely mental and have a really angry face and say "SLOW THE **** DOWN YOU STUPID ****ING T**t" you get the idea
