A Russian scientist has claimed that a UFO deliberately collided with a gigantic meteorite over Tunguska in order to save the Earth. The claim is based on unusual materials found at the site following the explosion event.
Did a UFO deliberately crash into a meteor to save Earth 100 years ago? That's what one Russian scientist is claiming. Dr. Yuri Labvin, president of the Tunguska Spatial Phenomenon Foundation, insists that an alien spacecraft sacrificed itself to prevent a gigantic meteor from slamming into the planet above Siberia on June 30, 1908."

Now for the facts! Me and Mr.Pea-Body got in the Wayback machine and traveled back to this exact time of the event, and Heres really what happened. " At aprox,00-030 Zulu metamorph time Russian central Dark O-thirty as we were sitting down for a cold bowl of Borsch a Vogon construction ship was going to take out the planet for a early version of a Interglatic By-pass. And this is when Pea-Body and I hitched a ride on the Heart of GoldSpace ship and ask If we could try Blasting it outta the Sky. Of coarse Zaphod and Trillian were All in for it! So now you know the Real facts. Dont you feel bette... [More]

Hmm -- you've said something along these lines before. Said something designed to spark a reaction in people, and then later, returning to the thread and announcing that it was 'only' to see what people's reactions would be to it. Getting kicks out of it? Not this time, I was trying to make you think, you did, and you were close. I see alot of mean spirited comments here and there on the forums. It's sad to see that some are so close minded, you however do not seem to be, and that is a very good thing.

Well, from the readings that I've read on this. No one exactly knows how this incident happened. We just know that it exploded a few miles in the atmosphere. That odds of it hitting another meteor in the atmosphere are very very slim. To be honest Eric, it's pretty much the same odds as a UFO saving us. So don't bring the Santa comment into this lol. We now know that life will exist in other planets. A lot of the things that were thought were required for life to exist are not required. For example, life does NOT need sunlight and oxygen to exist. Now we know that this very primitive form of l... [More]

I'd be glad to hear this guy explaining the physics of such an event. To me his scenario sounds like a bee stopping a bullet. From what I've heard and seen documentary wise, UFO's seem to have amazing maneuverability, if by chance there was an aircraft following the meteorite down it does sound logical that it would be circling behind it if it was trying to hit it.

From what I've heard and seen documentary wise, UFO's seem to have amazing maneuverability, if by chance there was an aircraft following the meteorite down it does sound logical that it would be circling behind it if it was trying to hit it. The Tunguska meteorite was about 60 meters in diameter, travelling with about 21,600 mph (or more). That means a lot of kinetic energy. Unless the UFO was of the same mass and speed and the two collided head-on there's no way it could have stopped it, and it's highly unlikely that a hollow flying machine would have even similar mass to a huge lump of rock.

In certain circles, it's well-known that the meteorite was heroically stopped by bigfoot flying a UFO. He was sent by his boss, the Loch Ness Monster, who was working on instructions from Mothman who read about the disaster in the writings of Nostramdamus who was an alien. A vampire, an Atlantean warlock and the ghost of Marilyn Monroe were there too but they were lost at the time and not much help. The explosion flung bigfoot back in time, where he became the genetic founder of the human race and met the five-brained alien species that would eventually design the UFO which he would pilot in t... With a blast of about I think it said 50 megatons...how would any piece of a "control panel" have remained? Wouldn't it have been disintegrated upon impact since they are saying it intercepted the object...so that puts it at ground zero doesn't it? lol....I guess like the joke about the black boxes on planes....why didn't they make the whole ship out of the stuff the control panel was made of? Also, like someone said before how would the UFO manage to even have enough impact for the object to even realize it was "hit" by something. Going over 20,000mph with that much mass would not even budge.... [More]
