The Earth's protective shield, the magnetosphere, may not only be protecting us from the harmful charged particles streaming from the Sun but may also be losing us oxygen three times faster than any other planet a new study has found.
As well as safeguarding our atmosphere, the Earth's protective shield may be stealing some of it on the sly. The region in space that contains the Earth's magnetic field, known as the magnetosphere, protects us from the charged particles that come streaming from the sun."

The Earth's protective shield, the magnetosphere, may not only be protecting us from the harmful charged particles streaming from the Sun but may also be losing us oxygen three times faster than any other planet a new study has found. According to the article, the effect is we loose 60,000 tons of O2 per year, but the estimated supply of O2 in the atmosphere is 1,000,000,000,000,000 tons (They said thousands of trillions of tons.). So for practicle purposes for you and me... equal to zero percent change. A good estimate is 5^18 kg. Which is about 5 quadrillion (a thousand billion) tons English... [More]

Every time we launch a rocket into space, the flame coming from the rocket burnes up the oxygen in the upper atmosphere, which is the ozone layer, creating a hole. NASA destroys more oxygen than the protective shield does. Edgar Cayce warned about this before we launched a single rocket into space.

You are aware arent you that the ozone layer isnt like a layer of plastic over the earth, right? Its O3 gas, we can pass through gas without poking holes in it. This article seems like something written more for attention grabbing headlines than to impart anything of real import.

This article seems like something written more for attention grabbing headlines than to impart anything of real import. If you Google "Do rocket launches destroy the ozone layer", you will find over 36,000 articles dating back to 1986 that suggest that is in fact the case. Rocket fuel is a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen. It is a chemical reaction where the hydrogen can only burn in the presents of oxygen... [More]
