Holder of the title of world's shortest man He Pingping has died at the age of 21 following chest problems.
At less than 75cm tall He Pingping was a well loved and recognisable figure all over the world. He had been featuring on a television show in Rome when he started suffering chest problems and died over the weekend.
The world's shortest man, He Pingping, who stood just over 74. 61 centimetres tall, has died, Britain's Guinness World Records said overnight. He was 21. He - a native of China who had a form of primordial dwarfism - was in Rome taking part in a television show when he suffered chest problems.
