Woman snaps strange winged object

It doesn't even remotely look like a fly or what is called rods which is insects caught in time frames of pictures or videos. This is blurry, maybe trick of clouds. You can see a ring, mechanical looking, what appears propellors, and orange looking color on either side. couldn't say what it is though. unknown! You may be confused by the blurry image so I'll help you. The orange colour are its eyes and propellors are the wings. Its a simple fly and not a flying angel or alien spacecraft.
