New research has suggested that water carried on asteroids is a lot more common than believed.
The idea that water can be carried around the cosmos from one planet to another via asteroids could provide a significant boost to the theory that life might have arrived on Earth from elsewhere in the universe.
Frozen water on asteroids may be more common than previously thought, according to new research that will help to support the idea they might have carried the key ingredient for life to the Earth.
