Retired NORAD officer Stanley Fulham claims UFOs will appear over major cities from early 2011.
Fulham's predictions are however highly controversial and continue to generate a substantial degree of skepticism, not only has he claimed that UFOs will appear over Moscow and London early next year but that the information was provided to him via his alleged contact with extraterrestrials.
Stanley Fulham, a retired NORAD officer, has been given further predictions concerning the appearance of extraterrestrial spacecraft/UFOs over major world cities.

Retired Norad officer Stanley Fulham is an insane fantasist. I do hope that he was incontrol of his faculties during his work period...otherwise it's frightening. Yes Stan... the aliens want to talk to you because your da man ! As I too was selected by the top Alien Lord Romnickle serving aboard the intergallactic space ship for 6 month as an engineer.Apparently they were having trouble with their Wi-fi.Using their computer (windows 24 don't ask)I noticed a file saying that Stanley was also selected for breeding with the best female on the ship. Lucky Stan...his da man

They happen, all the time. This, however, does not constitute a prediction. It describes the delusions of a particular individual who is allegedly being informed of alien appearances in several major city areas, by the aliens themselves!

Yeeeeess... hmmm... followed some of the links. Thats 5 minutes of my life I won't get back. Did not Stanley Fulham actually predict that UFO's would appear over "all major cities" on October 13th 2010 ? Three balloons over New York seems somewhat of an anticlimax. Indeed, I would go so far as to say that his 'prediction' turned out to be false. Yawn. meow purr

I thought those "ufos" over New York were debunked. Sounds like another "Blossom" attempt to me. So every balloon and remote controlled chopper is going to be considered outer space alien aircraft on those dates? I guess we will just have to wait and see, right? Now, I could not tell what they were, from the video. Hence, unidentified. The were high above the Earth. I would consider that flying. And they definitely had mass to them. So, I guess they were objects, as well. Sounds reasonable to make the statement of UFO to me. Balloons? Maybe. Maybe not. January is approaching. It should be fun ... [More]

It almost makes me sick to see so many people still believing we are alone in the universe. People, get a grip and stop being ignorant. Honestly, it's very hard to believe you all could really think those lights over major cities around the world on October 13th were weather balloons. How can you keep falling for the governments cover-ups; it's ridiculous. They are not "UFOs" as that stands for unidentified object; that's for the small-minded. They are ETVs, or extraterrestrial vehicles. I feel embarrassed for all of you criticizing Stanley because you are the ones that sound pathetic, and we ... [More]

So every balloon and remote controlled chopper is going to be considered outer space alien aircraft on those dates? so you didn't read the article? here the media was quick to attribute the sighting to party balloons launched from nearby Mt Vernon elementary school around 1 pm. This was despite the fact that the UFOs were first sighted in the morning of October 13, and continued throughout the day.
