Homesick pigs swim a mile across the sea

Two Tamworth boars were filmed swimming a mile across the ocean in the north-west of Scotland.
Not content to graze on an uninhabited island the pigs decided to swim home after being left for only one day. 'We put them out at 6pm on the Thursday evening and on Friday about 8pm I got a call to say "Your piglets have just swam back home"' said owner James Cameron.
Pigs can't fly - but this pair of homesick Tamworth boar crosses can certainly swim. They took to the water like pigs to mud after they were put out to pasture on the uninhabited island of Longa off the North West Scottish coast.

It's a brave, bold new piggy world they's after!!! Kewl! And soon they'll both have 3 legs, cause you just can't eat a pig that good all at once!

What is it with Tamworth pigs? Remember the Tamworth Two? http://www.pighealth.com/reviews/tamworth.htm I remember those two - they became real celebrities! And as for these swimming pigs, swimming that far is quite an achievement. I'm not sure I could do it, so respect to them!
