David Blaine undertakes 'electrifying' stunt

Image Credit: James Spector Having previously made headlines with stunts that included being buried underground, standing inside a block of ice and being suspended in a box over London for weeks with no food, Blaine is now attempting to spend three days standing on a podium between three tesla coils while having a large voltage continuously coarse across his body. To help him survive Blaine is wearing a special chain mail suit that is able to protect him via the Faraday Cage principle.

"I had wanted to do this for years," he said. "I don't know how I could ever top this. This is an overly-ambitious idea, and I'm literally shocked that it came together."
