Mystery surrounds Bigfoot sightings surge in Portage County, Ohio

Bigfoot.

Something big has been lurking in the forests of Ohio this month and quite a few people claim to have seen it.
Despite a lack of definitive evidence of its existence, Bigfoot continues to remain a fascinating phenomenon, with witnesses continuing to report encounters with large, hairy, bipedal creatures roaming the wilds and woodlands of the United States on a regular basis.

While such sightings are certainly nothing new or unusual, a particularly concentrated spate of such reports in Portage County, Ohio this month has been raising eyebrows.

According to Jeremiah Byron, host of the Bigfoot Society Podcast, the strangeness began with two sightings on March 6th followed by two more on March 9th.

"A guy and his friend were hiking on the Headwaters Trail and they saw a 10-foot sasquatch," Byron told FOX 8's Suzanne Stratford.

"When it was grunting at them, it turned its head at the shoulders, not neck, which is an important detail that's crazy."
In another incident, a woman saw a large, bipedal animal covered in hair running out of the woods.

There was also a report by a man in Newton Township who had been taking his dog for a walk in the early hours of the morning on March 10th when he spotted a 10ft-tall creature at the tree line.

Unfortunately, no photographic evidence of these encounters has been forthcoming, but the sheer number of sightings in such a small area over a few days is certainly unusual.

The question of exactly what could account for all these reports remains unanswered.

Could someone have been pulling a prank, or did the witnesses genuinely see something anomalous ?

Sadly, we may never know for sure.

Should've arranged to quietly send it to hazzmat instead. Label it as fine Dutch chocolate.

I mentioned earlier about the intense fear people describe after seeing an alleged Bigfoot. I wonder if whatever creature they’re seeing has the same ability as Tigers to emit an infrasound “growl”? https://www.lightnet.co.uk/tigers-use-growl-in-very-low-frequencies-to-paralyze-victims/

People probably are aware that the Ohio Grassman is from Ohio right?  You probably know that the Ohio Grassman is a bigfoot type creature that has been reported for some time.

BTW. Whatever 13 bats said is false.  Sasquatch/Bigfoot creatures are reported to eat, leave footprints and scat. The Ruby Creek Incident proves that sasquatch will take food from people. Unless there is a hoax that goes back so long it even fooled the Native Americans.

Like pandas? Eats, shoots, and leaves?

If you leave footprints, you must eat and poop, according to science as I understand it.

I read somewhere that this could just be a case of mass hysteria over bear migration.

It seems like eons ago that we had a BF thread going, and *at that time*, there were 8 states with no bears but did have reports of BF. 'What's it all about, Alfie?"

Are you posting drunk again, what did I post that you claim is false? or it's just you are p***ed because all you post is empty tripe? "Reported" how about a little supporting evidence that bigfoot exist then move on to proving what it eats, of course living creatures that do exist leave tracks and poop but never once has poop or a rack been proven to belong to bigfoot, Ruby creek is just an old story of a guy who couldn't meet his bills, and if you talk about native Americans let's let Piney clue you in.
