A woman who was approaching 30 managed to spend two weeks attending classes at the school.
While reliving our school days is sadly not an option for most of us, one woman recently managed to find a way to do just that by posing as a 16-year-old girl and enrolling at a school in New York City.

Claiming to have been born in 2010, she not only managed to complete the enrollment process but succeeded in attending the school for quite some time before being found out.

The rouse was uncovered when the school director became aware of her social media profile which clearly showed that she was in fact 28 years old and had been born in the 1990s.
The woman was subsequently arrested and is now facing charges of trespassing and criminal impersonation in the second degree. She has pleaded not guilty to both.

The case is one of several prominent school enrollment fraud incidents to have arisen in recent years.

In New Jersey, another woman - this time a 29-year-old - was caught out in 2023 attempting something very similar when she enrolled at a school while pretending to be a teenager.

She even provided a fake birth certificate to help her get through the process.
