The Pentagon has released its 4th batch of secretive UFO files

Image: AI-generated (Midjourney) Following on from the 3rd release last month, this 4th batch of files - which was published on Friday - contains 14 documents, 19 videos, 4 audio recordings and 3 images.

As before, the files do not come from any one particular agency but from several of them, including the FBI, the CIA, the Department of Energy and NASA.

UFO enthusiasts, journalists and researchers have since been going over the new files to look for any significant revelations that might help shed further light on the phenomenon.

One of the more interesting cases referenced in the files is that of an unidentified object that was sighted in restricted airspace over a nuclear weapons facility near Amarillo, Texas in 2015.Two officers who went to investigate described the object as making absolutely no sound and having no observable or apparent means of propulsion.

In the end, it disappeared into the distance after around two minutes.

The videos included in the release show objects picked up by infrared military cameras.

One such object, which was filmed in 2020 over the Atlantic Ocean, was around 15ft in height and described as being like "a large, somewhat deformed balloon".
