The ghost of a little boy

I'm a skeptic. I don't really believe in ghosts. I keep telling myself that what I experienced was just my mind tricking me, but still I want to share this, When I was 16 years old me and some friends decided to sleep over at a friend's place and just have a nice little private party on a Saturday night. We were silly teenagers and wanted to get some beer and just hang out. None of us really believed in ghosts and we thought it might be 'funny' to try out something like an Ouija board. We didn't have one so we made one with a wooden board and a glass. At first NOTHING happened. Then the glass started moving slowly. We kept accusing each other of pushing it but I still don't know if anyone really did. We started asking questions but most "words" didn't make any sense at all.

There were 2 words spelled correctly which were "Papa" (daddy) and "böse" (evil, bad) The rest was a strange mix of letters and numbers. Then we found out that simple "yes or no" questions worked best. Then one of us had the great idea to ask "how old are you?" and the glass moved to the 4. So we finally knew why what we were receiving didn't make much sense. The spirit or ghost or whatever it was appeared to be a little kid that wasn't capable of reading and writing properly yet because he was too young. (We found out it was a boy). But that "contact" lasted for only a few minutes and then nothing worked anymore. Everyone was sure that one of the group was faking it. We thought it might be super funny to do more spooky stuff and the boys suggested taking a walk at night and visit the graveyard.
So we did. What we didn't know was that it was the night of "Totensonntag", a day when family members honor the dead. So there were dozens of red grave lights and we kept making jokes, scaring each other by sneaking up and grabbing the shoulders from behind and such. A light rain was falling. We left the graveyard without experiencing anything unusual. After leaving the cemetery through the hind gate we had to walk a little path, an alley. (Maybe 100m long.) As soon as we exited, one of the guys froze and told us to stop. He was staring down the alley, eyes wide open and asking us "do you see that?" And we did. We were a group of about 5 people and we all saw a little human shape, like a shadow but definitely human. It was a kid waving his right arm. It was not an aggressive appearance.

It looked like a child who's happy to see someone and waves their hand and jumps up and down a little because of happy excitement. He was standing next to a park bench at the end of the alley, not very far away from a street light and next to a house wall, not under the trees, so we all were kinda sure that it really was there. We all froze and stared. We didn't dare to move for a moment. In my memory it feels like an eternity but I guess it was only about a minute or so. We finally started walking again as the shadow figure disappeared. As we reached the bench where he was standing and waving, there was a dry spot on the park bench. As I wrote earlier it was raining and everything was covered with little raindrops, yet there was this dry spot on the bench as if someone had sat there.
