Winged beings

Image Credit: CC 2.0 JDP90 Sometime in the early 1990s (I was still a kid, I can't recall the date) I was swimming at Rice Pool, a public pool, in Wheaton. It was after dark and a hush came over the remaining guests at the pool. I recall looking up and seeing what I remember to be 2 winged beings flying over the site. Everyone at the pool was silent and just staring upward. It was so quiet that I could hear the wings flap. They appeared to be humanoid.

I've lived in wonder since, hoping to maybe find someone who saw the same thing elsewhere, or someone who was there? Have considered hypnosis but hesitant. I am not a religious person at all, but in order to paint a picture I will say that they resembled what I believe an angel might look like. After a few moments they flew away and I've been mystified since.
