'Apocalyptic' cloud hangs over town in Brazil

Resembling something out of a scene from the movie Independence Day, the strange cloud formation only lasted for around four minutes before vanishing as quickly as it had appeared.

One witness described it as "the entrance to a meteorite" while another called it "the work of God".
