2012: The mechanics of earth changes

“We’re at a crossroads,” says Mitch Battros, author of Solar Rain—The Earth Changes Have Begun and Global Warming—A Convenient Disguise. According to Battros, the ancient Mayans wrote about a mysterious substance called ether. Modern Mayan elders say that ether is magnetic flux coming through earth’s home galaxy, the Milky Way, that will set off and sustain a shift from what the elders call the current “fourth world” to the “fifth world.”

Substitute the phrase “charged particles” (cosmic rays) for ether, and science is now saying the same thing as the ancients. Charged particles are subatomic in size and can be positive, negative, or neutral. Recently, scientists at the High Resolution Fly’s Eye detector determined that cosmic rays consist of positively charged protons.

The energies in cosmic rays are far more potent and powerful than anything produced by physicists in a superconducting supercollider. Originating from outside of the Milky Way, cosmic rays hit earth’s atmosphere and result in a shower of secondary particles that make the nitrogen molecules in the atmosphere glow slightly. This glow has been recorded in photo detectors attached to telescopes, which have also traced the origins of the cosmic rays themselves.

As we move closer to the 2012 date, Battros continues, data from the Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) and Planck exploratory spacecraft reveal that funnels of charged particles at a far higher concentration than ever seen before are approaching earth’s solar system. At the same time, the planet’s magnetic field is weakening and greater amounts of charged particles are getting all the way through it to the earth’s surface.

Charged particles interact with earth’s magnetic field to set off the kinds of natural events that can be so deadly and disruptive. That is why Battros expects accelerated frequency and strength of hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, and so on. Increased levels of cosmic rays will affect and disrupt the earth’s natural weather patterns and seasonal cycles.

Just like the planet, human beings and animals also are surrounded by magnetic energy fields. “Magnetics — charged particles — have a definite affect on brain chemistry,” Battros says.

A certified acupuncturist, Battros explains that the physical body can be healed by balancing the energies that surround and penetrate it. Acupuncture works on the physical body through meridiens, or energy points.

How the coming heightened levels of cosmic rays will affect human beings is anyone’s guess, but Battros suspects that his earlier point will play out on an individual level. Those who are comfortable within themselves, who are in harmony with others and with nature, should adjust much more readily to the new environment. The ones mired in fear and greed will have a very rough experience.

So much paradigm-shifting information is pouring back so rapidly that it threatening to overwhelm the scientific community’s ability to test it in the traditional manner of formulas and double-blind studies. “It has many scientists concerned and vocal about it,” he says.

Perhaps the coming “fifth world” will transform science, too. “If it is true that integrity is coming forward, then maybe the scientific method will no longer be necessary,” he says.
