Uploader comment: I adopted this adorable Rat Terrier mix from a shelter. She is starting to make herself at home. The tip of her tail had all the hair rubbed off from sitting on concrete & wagging fiercly when someone would come to see her. The hair is growing back. I just love her. Her name is Dottie.
