You are seriously trying to convince me that the most technologically advanced nation, the same nation that would do anything to gain even the slightest intelligence advantage over the Soviet Union when it existed, will put no effort into an early warning and detection system to see when ET was coming irregardless of their intentions? Good Heavens That is correct. Why spend another cent when such capablility already exist? After all, UFOs have been tracked in space, within the atmosphere, and beneath the ocean waves for years, so we have had that capability all along.

The thing that bugged me about this particular news story was the way it made aliens appear to 'Joe Public. By closing down the investigation department the average British person will look at this as proof that aliens are unlikely to exist, otherwise, why would they close it down. That message is just for public comsumption. Anyone within the defense industry would know that such investigations would not be discontinued by any means. An another of how the goverment works was where the Air Force announced that was retiring the SR-71 fleet and relying soley on satellites alone. Well, that annou... [More]

After all, UFOs have been tracked in space, within the atmosphere, and beneath the ocean waves for years, so we have had that capability all along. And that is just utter nonsense. You are seriously trying to tell me that NORAD is perfectly happy with not putting up assets capable of detecting ET at a distance, but will leave it to ET to accidentally wander into the field of view of random satellites looking at Earth when they come to visit? The same nation that will do its best to keep track of other nations on the g... [More]

And that is just utter nonsense. I am right on the money. Are you denying that UFOs have been tracked in space, within our atmosphere, and beneath the oceans? You are seriously trying to tell me that NORAD is perfectly happy with not putting up assets capable of detecting ET at a distance, but will leave it to ET to accidentally wander into the field of view of random satellites looking at Earth when they come to visit? We have been tracking those objects for decades in space, within the atmosphere and beneath the oceans. Even Dr. Carl Sagan was aware that the Air Force has been tracking UFOs ... [More]

] To me, it makes a lot of sense because I understand the way the government works. That is an examoke of the way the government has been pulling the wool over the eyes of the public in regards to UFOs. Another example can be compared to the late 1970s lawsuit against the CIA. The CIA denied interest in UFOs and that it had certain UFO files in its possession. Well, afterwards, it was revealed that the CIA was very much interested in UFOs and that it had in its possession, UFO case files it previously denied having, which were eventually released. The NSA released more UFO files from its posse... [More]

Yes indeed, it was! After all, thousands across Belgium, and neighboring countries, were also witnesses to those triangular UFOs, so there was no way the government was going to hide those incidents from the public and threw in the towel with that news conference, and I might add that those incidents took place over a period of many months, not just in one night. Really? Because it didn't look any different from what has been disclosed by other governments. Unless UFO waves are something localised to Belgium. I think it's a case of them dressing it up with the appropriate trappings of credibil... [More]

That's right, how could I possibly forget that you are the only person on this board who has any experiance with government and/or military Well, the record speaks for itself as far as what I have been stating, if Tim Printy comes to mind as an example.

Really? Because it didn't look any different from what has been disclosed by other governments. Unless UFO waves are something localised to Belgium. They were not localize. The neighbors of Belgium were also affected by the incidents. You can't ignore the fact that, independently, they all came to the same military conclusion about UFOs. What the military has said before, still stands today. MANEUVERED MOTION AND "INTELLIGENT CONTROL What Takes Place Behind Close-doors Following the nearly year-long 1952 UFO sighting wave in which there were repeated instances of jet interceptors chasing after... Ummm, isn't that what I said? Yes, but I wanted to highlight what you had said. ...That from the tactical viewpoint they are no more a risk than private aircraft which are off the authorised flight path? UFOs have been known to create 'safety of flight' hazards to aircraft. But of course you're now bending the definition of what exactly threatens 'national security' to fit the argument. Nope! UFOs do not pose a national security threat in the war-like sense of the word. That is what the military is really talking about. ... In your example it wasn't the aircraft, it was the pilot. Yet you made... [More]
