Man divorces wife over her 550 cats

An Israeli man has divorced from his wife because she chose her brood of 550 pet cats over him.
A court in the town of Beersheba tried to encourage the couple to reach a compromise but it seemed that the man's wife felt that her extensive collection of feline companions meant more to her than her husband. Unable to even sleep in his own bed due to the sheer number of cats in the house, the man had eventually given up trying to reason with his wife."When he sat to eat, cats jumped onto the table and stole his food," claimed one report published in the Times of Israel. He was also unable to use the bathroom due to the number of cats that had taken up residence in there.
Dogs have been known to come between married couples in the past, but it's less common for a partner to choose her HUNDREDS of cats over her lover. In Israel, however, one man has divorced his wife because she refused to get rid of her 550 cats.
