Bernie Sanders pledges to release ET info

The Presidential candidate has promised to release any information about aliens if he is elected in 2020.
The 77-year-old Democrat told podcast host Joe Rogan on Tuesday that he would divulge whatever information the government holds on the subject of extraterrestrials if he happens to become the President of the United States next year.

"Well I tell you, my wife would demand I let you know," he said.

When Rogan later asked Sanders if his wife was a 'UFO nut', he replied saying that she wasn't, but that she had previously pressed him on what he knew on the subject as a senator.

"She goes, Bernie, 'What is going on [that] you know? Do you have any access?'" he said.

This isn't the first time a democratic presidential candidate has promised to look into the topic of UFOs either - back in 2016 Hillary Clinton also pledged to do something very similar.

She had also mentioned that her campaign chairman John Podesta shared a keen interest in UFOs and was a long-time fan of science fiction show 'The X-Files'.

"He has made me personally pledge we are going to get the information out," she said at the time. "One way or another. Maybe we could have, like, a task force to go to Area 51."

Given how her election campaign turned out however, nobody got the chance to take her up on it.

Talk about a loaded question, Dejarma!?   That has as many answers as there are opinions as to what the public knows. Some in here truly believe that the public knows nothing, they only think they know, which means big gov knows nothing.  Others like me think that particular individuals of the public know quite a bit, in which case, we know the government knows even more as it is the gov's job to protect our skies, protect our safety and sovereignty, so learn what you can about aliens.

it wasn't a question

Thats a actually a promise of nothing? We do not have the technology to see what is going on the surface of planets outside the solar system or to spot spaceships. Its unlikely they communicate using radio waves because they arent FTL. All we can do at the moment is detect biochemicals in atmospheres and even that isn't accurate. This is because biochemicals exist in the atmosphere of Mars and Venus, and every other planet in the Solar System. Yet we arent away of them having actual life.

So you are guessing that aliens are violating the FTL portion of relativity? Carbon dioxide is a main component of the atmosphere of Venus. The gas has non-biological sources such as volcanism. The gas has been detected around exoplanets. Other gas detected around exoplanets are methane and water vapor. What we can tell about the atmosphere of planets and exoplanets is also the temperature. Venus is too hot. Mars' atmosphere is thin. Other planets and moons in our system are massive or cold. The search is not about any one factor but a combination of factors. But molecular oxygen is rare and f... [More]

It is mankind which limits what it expects to be possible based on its current physics like General Relativity.  Yes, I am aware of the non-biological sources of molecules which are also associated with life. I dont think temperature or water or oxygen is necessary for life. I think having a fluid which exists at the planets regular range of temperatures, which can form the transport system for moving substances around a body, is whats important.

I would be surprised if Bernie could even wipe his own ****....He needs to just go away and stop already.

This is a waste of campaigning for Bernie. He already has the crazy vote, and given his hairdo he already has the people who like to say "aliens..." as the answer to all of life's mysteries.
