YouTube inventor Allen Pan decided that 'God made a mistake' and decided to 'give snakes their legs back'.
We've seen a lot of weird and wonderful inventions over the years, but this one - which essentially enables a snake to walk around on four legs - just about takes the cake.

Snakes obviously have no legs - however this wasn't always the case, as their ancestors actually did walk around on legs 150 million years ago.

"I actually feel bad for snakes," said Pan. "They lost their legs and nobody is even trying to find them."
Taking matters into his own hands, he developed a remarkable contraption - a mech suit consisting of a long plastic tube and four robotic legs.

When a snake crawls inside, it is able to 'walk' around as though it, too, has four legs.

A video showing Pan building the project, as well as the bizarre result, can be viewed below.
