Taxi driver takes mysterious 'vanishing' passenger to cemetery

Who was the mysterious passenger ? Image Credit: Pixabay / darksouls1 The unnerving cab ride reportedly began in the city of Kuching, Malaysia when Ahsan Ismail picked up a female passenger from a roundabout near the Samarahan Heart Center at midnight.

"When I reached (the pick-up area), I saw a woman in dark-colored baju kurung and tudung waiting there," he recalled.

"It was a dark area and I did not look at her (face) to avoid her feeling uncomfortable."

He was particularly perplexed when the woman asked him to take her to a local cemetery, but was happy to oblige all the same and set out across town to the requested destination.

During the trip, the two didn't speak and he recalled that the smell of her perfume pervaded the car.

Upon reaching the cemetery, he told the woman that they had arrived but didn't look over at her.When she didn't respond, he turned his head and found to his horror that there was nobody there.

"I thought she was asleep but when I turned back, there was no one," he said.

"There were, however, a few old money notes of RM1 and RM2 denominations and a few five sen coins, enough for the RM13 fare."

"I quickly drove away and immediately made a video call to my friend to tell him the story. I returned home around 1am but did not share the incident with my wife until the next day."

So could his passenger that night have been of a supernatural persuasion ?
