My nightly occurrences

I guess I am looking for a rational explanation for this but I am finding my experiences are becoming nightly, rather than an odd occasion. I am quite a large guy, and I have had problems with my heart, so the experiences I had been having I put it down to that.

I found it hard to sleep at night (even when I was tired) I would just be dropping off when I would notice in the dark a shadow of a person coming to me. I would wake up with a start and then settle down. Now it is happening more and more.
The latest event was earlier today when I was on my P.C, checking emails. I suddenly felt someone in the room with me, and I suddenly thought I saw someone out the corner of my eye.I was quite startled by it. I know some people would put this down to shadow people but I really don't know what to think.

One more thing I found weird a few weeks back I was shooting a video for my college course and when I was checking it back, right at the start I saw this huge (about the size of an old half penny, shoot across the screen in a diagonal path from bottom to top.

SO, what am i experiencing here?

Personally, I'd make an appointment with my doctor to discuss these things.  I think part of what you're experiencing is hypnogagic/hypnopompic hallucinations. This occurs during the onset of sleep or upon waking. You can experience all kinds of strangeness like seeing figures/shapes or hearing noises.  But like I said, see your doctor especially since you have a history of heart issues.

I am a nurse and in my experience i have worked with patients who have reported visual and auditory hallucinations there could be multiple reasons for the cause chemical imbalance newly onset disease,  lack of sleep, nutritional imbalances,  and so forth I don't know what your medical history is,  but aside from a medical stand point as a christian it sounds like an evil spirit  Ephesians 6:12King James Version (KJV) 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in hi... I think that sleep deprivation can be causing this, if you haven't been sleeping well and then you're becoming anxious about sleeping (thus getting less sleep), then it is possible to feel the way you do. Just remember that if you protect yourself, then nothing can happen. A good point to check with a doctor, just in case. As well, can you post the footage so we know what you're talking about?

Why evil? If it is not hurting anyone maybe if it were spirit it just is and has no evil motive. What about glimpsing another dimension? Maybe we can see another place sometimes. I know someone who has started seeing movement out the corner of the eye also. Don't think we ever need worry over such things.

Yes i agree with lack of sleep and also spirits. In Africa tribes often use sleep deprivation and exhaustion to connect with spirit's. Also your blood sugar could be really high you said your a big guy, I have diabetes and it will mess with your sight for sure.

We call that hypnagogic hallucinations, has nothing to do with spirits, ghost, or demons at all. It's just a visual hallucination produced by the subconscious while in a semi-lucid state.

I googled it. Sounds about right , the science behind it at least.

Get checked out by a doc, blood work, maybe even toxicology. Mold has been known to cause weird occurrences. If whatever is really becoming harassing and is unbearable, throw the everything and kitchen sink at it. Get a Bible, study up on how Jesus Himself dealt with them if no discernible cause can be found.
