A noted psychiatrist has published data suggesting that the eyes emit energy that can be captured and measured.
Colin A. Ross has conducted experiments to investigate the concept that people feeling someone staring at them can be attributed to an actual energy emitted from the eyes that he calls "human ocular extramission".
Noted psychiatrist and author Colin A. Ross, M. D. , has published experimental data that supports his scientific hypothesis that the eyes emit energy that can be captured and measured. Dr. Ross' paper, "The Electrophysiological Basis of Evil Eye Belief," is published in the current issue of Anthropology of Consciousness, a journal of the American Anthropological Association.

Nothing new noted, but something new brought out to the public. Nice! I've been experimenting with this theory for years and have known it to work. If someone p***es me off I just stare at the back of their head when they aren't looking and project a disappointing thought into their head and watch as they struggle to find out why they are thinking the things they are. Cuase they are close minded individuals who have honestly never took the time to now what powers the human mind can really control. I've been practicing everything from remote viewing, telepathy , aura projecting , seeing premoni... [More]

Everytime. When we were out in public he would sometimes ask me who the F is staring at him. I would look around always to find some guy or girl looking at him. Once we were at a department store and I wanted to shoplift something.(this was back when I was a dunb kid) He told me no cause there are eyes on us. I told him no way cause there was no one around and no camera in sight. Yet behold I got grab on th... [More]

Most people 'powers' or not can feel peoples stares, hell FBI and CIA both train security guards to 'stare at the mointor screens' when training them, to get a person to stop doing what they are doing via on the monitor. One ex would be like a mall and getting someone who is about to shoplift not to shoplift by staring at them on the monitor.. So yes it does work enough said

This makes perfect sense to me for reasons I won't specify. Thanks to the OP for posting the info.

It is bad conjecture posed as science and nothing more and doesn't even remotely address the point it is trying to make (using the very bad practice of teleology too).
