A bizarre news report from Iran's Fars News Agency has claimed that America is run by extraterrestrials.
Fars, which describes itself as "Iran's leading independent news agency", is no stranger to controversy. In a new report published over the weekend, the agency has claimed that NSA documents released by Edward Snowden and analyzed by Russian intelligence services have proved that America's political policies are driven by an "alien/extraterrestrial intelligence agenda".

The report also claims that the recent NSA surveillance controversy is centered around an attempt to cover up these facts and that the US is run by two governments, "the one that was elected, and the other, secret regime, governing in the dark".

The story even goes on to claim that these same aliens assisted the Nazis with the construction of its submarines in the 1930s, then had secret meetings with President Eisenhower in 1954 from which the secret regime was established. It also claims that the extraterrestrial visitors have been working with the US Air Force in Nevada, presumably at the secretive Area 51 base at Groom Lake.

The story has been gaining widespread attention since appearing online, with global news outlets reporting on the bizarre claims and people's reactions to them. Why such a prominent news agency would publish an article like this on a factual basis however, especially when it appears to have been sourced from a controversial conspiracy website, remains somewhat perplexing.

That explains a lot... By the way which aliens are we talking about again..the one from outer space or the one from within? Hhhhmmm.... Hmmm, since there are more stars in the Universe than grains of sand on all the beaches of the world (Please think about that for a moment!) with VAST light-year distances between them, REAL aliens are (although never say never!) probably unlikely to ever find or visit us! So, in all likelihood the real "aliens" are are those - who have lost their humanity and behave in an inhuman or moronic way.

Oookkkaaayyy ... I'm not entirely sure where this came from but ... whatever you say ... "Aliens" not from "out there" would more likely refer to those people who are not citizens of a given country and are within its borders either legally or otherwise. OTOH, what you describe sounds like politicians in general. I don't know either. My comment was indented for someone else, but that is the confusing way (to me) on how to reply to a post !

I do agree with seeder as is seeing that report its all fear based and pointing fingers even though some Agencies do that day in and out, and there claims that lead to one thing to another. Even though we all know many Agencys donít put anything about other beings on piece of paper in front of public to view. The president has there say and those that follow and etc. All I can do is laugh about that comment of an article and how silly it is for whom put it out at public. Those have to understand why others would not even bother run USA and control it its very pointless and useless. Other then ... [More]

You're funny. I lost it because, humor in a discussion is one thing. If you come here for one liners, well, good for you. As far as Paul Hellyer is concerned, he is a step in the right direction. I was simply giving a path take as far as discovering new information. Why you would think that his statement is "all the proof I need" for anything is beyond me. Nice quip. I do not understand how reading Corso's book, and insisting that fictional piece is real is "heading in the right direction"

Whoever's wacky enough to believe that our entire government is comprised of extraterrestrial skincrawlers should be put on medication
