A new study released this week by the WWF has stated that a quarter of the world's population is likely to be affected by rising sea levels and that the Arctic is heating up twice as quickly as the rest of the planet.
One-quarter of the world’s population is likely to be affected by rising ocean levels provoked by melting Arctic ice, a WWF study released 2 September shows.

What does the World Wrestling Federation know about global warming? BHWAHAHAHAHA!!! I live in Canberra Australia and we have just experienced the warmest winter ever. Its funny cause someone just posted they have had a cool summer. Now i do not know whats going on as in will we heat will we freeze. I think the Sun is a major player in all this. But i also think (as bad as it sounds) our population issue needs to be addressed. It says "One-quarter of the world’s population is likely to be affected by rising ocean levels provoked by melting Arctic ice"...but if that quarter didn't exist it wou... [More]

Here's the real mystery! With the poles melting at a ridiculous rate, New York, Boston, Philly, D.C., Baltimore, Miami, Seattle, San Francisco, L.A., San Diego and New Orleans, should all be under at least 10 feet of water by now! But their not! Okay, forget I brought up New Orleans. And sorry I left out all the other great coastal cities in this country, and across the whole world for that matter! So anyway, what gives? Put that in your pipe and smoke it Al Gore! Dumb ***!!! In Bold.... you must embrace ignorance like a hog embraces its trough! You have ANY data, facts, even wikipedia article... [More]

If the Arctic ice melts then the sea level will go down surely, ice floating on the sea displaces more water than when its in a liquid state. Do a test yourself. get a class of water. mark the water line, take 10ml out, freeze into a ice cube. place ice cube back in glass. floating.(our current state on earth with Arctic ice) now mark the water line. its now higher. let the ice cube melt it goes back to the first line! doesn't increase. So how does the sea rise? if Antarctic ice or Greenland melts then yes the sea will rise because it will have water off the land running into it. but if the ic... [More]

In Bold.... you must embrace ignorance like a hog embraces its trough! You have ANY data, facts, even wikipedia articles to back up that entirely fallacious comment?? Of course you dont. Dear Keithisco, You don't have any data to prove that I'm wrong either! I've seen plenty of claims, from noodnicks on the Tree Hugger Network, that claimed when the arctic ice pack was gone, all the coastal cities of the world would be under 20 feet of water!!! They said it...not me! I just did the math! And didn't you hear... Al Gore invented the Internet!!! But in reality...Al Gore's montly electric bill cos... [More]
