Recently leaked emails from the University of East Anglia that are believed to show a cover-up intended to maintain the notion that temperatures are rising due to human activities will not change the UN's policy on global warming.
The leaked emails from the University of East Anglia will not affect the UN's advice on global warning, said Rajendra Pachauri, chairman of the UN's climate change body.

What else would you expect Mr. Pachaun to say? Well...Ok we'll forget the whole thing?...LOL....He's still a snake oil salesman...and have big plans this crap is riding on. Sounds to me like a little strong arming going on also...makes you wonder...these are really dedicated people...they really care about the climate... Anyone that can't see through this deserves what these people have to sell. Just another reason to send the UN packing...and lease the building for office space. UN...United Nations....right.... seax

Inflating a natural occurence to catastrophic levels in terms of public awareness equals a monumental win for these individuals and their masters. It's sounding more and more like another means of control through fear tactics. Scare them, they'll give up more of their rights, freedoms, and eventually their sovreignty itself. Kudos to the scientists who challenge these findings, they do us all a favor. Der Feur's philosophy was the bigger the lie the more people will believe it'...it is sad that people are so nieve now. This is the information age...at this point in the time line we should be t... [More]

The UN stands to benefit from the cap and trade policies and Gore the Bore is their mouthpiece. Global warming is nothing but a huge scam to fluff the UN coffers and aid their New World Order plans. I've been laughing and cursing them for years. Oh the arrogance of mankind. I can't believe how gullible some people are.

aha, very interesting. Could you also explain how the UN would benefit? It's actually in the leaked documents that president Obama is supposed to authorize at the G20, in effect signing away American sovreignty. Basically it would give the UN the ability to tax every man, woman, and child on the planet for "environmental purposes"...yeah right. I'm sure George Soros is doing cartwheels about right now.

That document could have leaked only out of the brain of a conspiracy theoretician. First, there is no G20 meeting until November 2010 and second there will be no binding agreement in Copenhagen, only several nebulous declarations of intent. Third, the UN has no mea... [More]

So...it's a G20 preliminary event in Copenhagen? Then what the heck has all the hoopla been about? I've seen posts and protests of people up in arms due to the Copenhagen event. Are people just jumping the gun?

So...it's a G20 preliminary event in Copenhagen? Then what the heck has all the hoopla been about? I've seen posts and protests of people up in arms due to the Copenhagen event. Are people just jumping the gun? No its not, it is a UN sponsored conference to find a agreement on reducing greenhouse gases. What, mostly the energy sector, is fearing to come out of there is a emission restriction and are mobilizing whatever they can find against it. There was a preparatory conference in Barcelona to draw a draft to this agreement that was broken off without result, so the whole number got reduced t... [More]

To say that the science is 'settled' means you are not open to consideration of anything contrary to what you believe is 'settled'. If that's the case, how did we ever get to the point of believing the sun is at the center of the solar system?
