If I'm not Mistaken. We Look into Distant Galaxies. Every single Day. For A New Life Form. Call me Crazy, but Could this New planet Possibly Be related to a Ancient Prophecy. If you Work out its Orbit in your Head and Just Imagine it For a minute or two. Perhaps it is Aligned with Earth. Could our Fellow Brothers and Sisters from this New Planet be the Ancient Gods of the Sky.?. Also another thought just popped in. So at 200 times the distance, Voyager should get to the neighborhood of Tyche in about 4000 years. That is how far away this planet would be. I can't imagine how our world itself would be in 4000 years from now. If Voyager survives that long, I doubt it would even be functional to transmit anything.

Common sense dictates that this doesn't exist. As for it disturbing the oort cloud, how could something that big possibly form and be in that place without it's gravity pulling all of the oort cloud into itself. This is people trying to make a name for themselves, it won't be long before this is tossed to the side and forgotten as the waste of paper it is.
