In 1989 a computer fatally electrocuted Soviet chess grand master Nikolai Gudkov after Nikolai put the computer in checkmate for the third time in a row. 'Goodbye was all she wrote'. And they do commit suicide. A computer controlled arm at the University of Florida’s Centre for Intelligent Machines grabbed its own support stand and ripped itself apart.

I'm just glad they didn't put skin on it. They look so creepy sometimes, like corpse puppets

In 1989 a computer fatally electrocuted Soviet chess grand master Nikolai Gudkov after Nikolai put the computer in checkmate for the third time in a row. 'Goodbye was all she wrote'. This was an article published in the tabloid magazine Weekly World News. I wouldn't take this story seriously. Source: Computer electrocutes chess player who beat it! And they do commit suicide. A computer controlled arm at the University of Florida’s Centre for Intelligent Machines grabbed its own support stand and ripped itself apart. I couldn't find any source for this one, but I doubt this happened either.

Dont you think it'll be great once he has all human emotions like aggressiveness? It'll be very realistic when we make him angry he'll pound us all to death! Wow...the first EMO bot?

Or floating dogs will be walking robots. If robots need to be walked by floating dogs then the future is going to be very very strange.
