1000ft UFOs not 'Chinese lanterns'

A man in Lancashire who reported seeing 1,000ft UFOs being followed by planes and helicopters in the skies above Preston has played down claims that the objects could be explained away as Chinese lanterns.
A Lancashire man claims to have seen 1,000ft UFOs in the skies above Preston being followed by planes and helicopters. Father-of-three Jason Robinson, who left the Army in 2005, was out walking his dog on Monday evening near his home in Threefields, Tanterton, when he saw four mysterious craft in the distance.

Interesting indeed. I hope we get to see the footage. The guy used to be an Artillery Air Defender, trained to spot and destroy enemy aircraft, quite a good witness, as he would be trained to identify details about a craft quickly and accurately. I seriously doubt this guy would be confused by something mundane.

That David C guy is an utter idoit. His comment: "They was test flying military planes on Monday and Tuesday, probably flying from Warton to RAF Valley in Wales. I saw an Identified Flying Object the other day, it was another LEP being thrown on the floor. Also what does an AIR DEFENDER do? as we type another 7 Military aircraft have just gone over head. Why do people always asume that they would come in a flyin Scauser anyway? they be dizzy as hell by time they got here. Surely they would have something airodimatic like NASA has with their rockets. On topic, at least these UFO reports across the world now might be taken more seriously. The orange/white orb like UFO's and Triangle ones are real and this needs to be looked into properly unless the government already knows about them and they don't want us to know.
