UFO stuns Pretoria residents

You see it once and your amazed. Why not get a decent video camera and film the dam thing. Seems to me a lot of people take photos and shoot videos but since they are not taken seriously either I doubt I would bother to do it myself if I saw an UFO. Zam

Zam I have to be honest, your damned if you do and committed if you dont..Even so, we, you need a certain type of evidence to make a judgement. I did make the comment about the Norwegian spiral,how so many concluded the photos were fakes before they realised it was a tumbling missile. On another news link I found a video of a sighting in Pretoria from 1996:

For a moment, I thought it said "Petoria".

well i stay 20 minutes from pretoria and heard about this... its infact not the only one this whole year has been hectic.. even i have seen **** in the sky, (live in joburg) I just dont think people can have nothin to do and just make **** up like that! unless its the no life type, just will never know what i saw in the sky that nite.

And here i thought i was safe from aliens in Pretoria. Well looking at the comments on the website it happened in July. Think if it was true if would have been on the news and more people would have seen it.

Haven't seen anything odd here so far, though only moved to Pretoria a year ago.

There were some school children and a Sighting about that time frame in South cental Africa I think ? I bet someone can find that event?

A few years ago (before 2000) there was also a ufo crash in the Free State in South Africa. It made headlines on a local newspaper, think it was the "Beeld". Cant remember much of the story though but i do remember the picture on the front page of the newspaper. It showed an alien with a broken leg. Can any South Africans remember that maybe?
