Colorado congresswoman champions UFO disclosure in re-election bid

The topic was covered in detail in an email sent by her campaign to potential donors.

"For decades, our government has shrouded the truth about UFOs in a veil of secrecy," it reads.

"Strange crafts have been spotted soaring through our skies, defying the laws of physics, and yet the bureaucrats in Washington act like we're too NAIVE to handle the facts.""They tell us we're crazy like we can't see these things flying through the air with our own eyes."

"I SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! The American people aren't children to be spoon-fed half-truths or dismissed with vague excuses. We deserved to know what's really going on up there."

While her focus on this has been met with raised eyebrows from some political analysts, the fact that she's covering it at all shows that there is a growing interest in this particular subject.

If politicians think that UFO disclosure can win votes, then it's clearly a topic people do care about.

Whether it will see Boebert re-elected next November, however, remains to be seen.
