A 1.2 metre long carcass discovered along the shore of Okanagan Lake could be that of an unknown creature it has been claimed. Reports suggest the carcass is being stored in a freezer awaiting a DNA test.
A mysterious looking body found along the shore of Okanagan Lake might be the remains of the legendary Ogopogo, an expert says.Dan Poppoff found the 1.2-metre-long carcass last month while he was kayaking in the lake, close to Kelowna."

I've never heard of this thing before I read this article. It'd be beyond sweet if it actually was something, but the odds of that being the case.............I'm pretty convinced it's nothing, but I suppose I'll be open minded and give it a two or three percent chance of being valid. But there's no picture. Back down to one percent. Loving that! XD

This sounds a lot like the bigfoot thing from georgia and keeping it in a freezer

Funny! It would be completely useless with pictures as well. Scientific evidence is what is needed. Where are the DNA results?

A 3 1/2 foot Ogopogo. Somehow I thought it would be larger.

Like what's been said before. Probably nothing. Until the dna results are in and posted, I'm not convinced it's anything spectacular. If it was some new species, I'd be only mildly interested. Here I am, waiting for something bigger than 3 1/2 feet long.

A 3 1/2 foot Ogopogo. Somehow I thought it would be larger. Well, to be fair, 1.2 meters is nearly four feet. But I suspect that if it is Ogopogo and it's that small. the tourist business would be better served by losing the carcass.
