Purple UFO interrupts TV show in Peru

Image: AI-generated (Midjourney) The crew had been recording a segment for the TV show "Alto al Crimen" in the upscale Miraflores district of the Peruvian capital back on February 10th when they became aware of something unusual hovering over the city a short distance away.

Congressman Renzo Reggiardo, who had been hosting the programme, halted an interview so that the camera crew could film a strange purple object in the sky that had caught their attention.The footage, which was later posted online, zooms in on the UFO while panning around to show the interest it had been generating with people lining up to take photographs with their phones.

Reports indicated that the object remained visible for almost two hours before disappearing.

The Peruvian branch of MUFON is now appealing for additional witnesses.
