Uri Geller posts up footage of alleged UFO on Twitter

The Israeli spoon bender has published footage of a mysterious object while declaring 'they are watching'.
So many people have been posting and reposting videos of UFOs on social media in recent months that it has become almost routine, but when self-proclaimed psychic Uri Geller posted up footage of a mysterious cylindrical object recently, it quickly racked up almost 100,000 views.

"Astronomers spent decades looking for objects from outside our own solar system," he wrote.

"Then two arrived at once. When should we expect the next one? And what can they teach us? 'They' are watching making sure no [nuclear weapon] is triggered."

The "objects from outside the solar system" he is referring to are 'Oumuamua - which flew by our planet back in 2017 - and a second space rock which exploded over Papua New Guinea in 2014.
While some astronomers, such as Avi Loeb, believe that the objects could be artificial in nature, the jury is still out on whether or not there is any truth to that idea.

The footage Geller posted, meanwhile, has nothing to do with 'Oumuamua at all and appears to be a long cylindrical object (possibly a balloon) flying through the sky.

It's not clear where the footage was taken or when.

That's cool, just an idea bro.. I reckon if you look closely you can see the ends are turned down were cable would be attached. And I don't think it's moving fast. The camera is. You can see the poles zipping past as the camera speeds down the road. I suggest it's in a car.  Look at one from underneath.   If the jumper is in line you wouldn't see him. And a shiny black satin would reflect like the one in the tweet.  It's the right shape for the object, and I'm pretty sure the speed is skewed by parallax error due to being filmed from a car.

On a second look, you could be right! As you say, the movement of the camera changes perspective. You think outside the box, I have to admit I sometimes just jump to conclusions without always exploring context.

There's definitely something not right about filming it from a car. It's attempting to create a false illusion. Kinda got me wondering straight away.  It's a guess, but the shape seems to fit.

I definitely caught a frame with a pair of feet poking out.  Nice call pellinore.

Sad that a spacecraft from another planet is only worth ten seconds of video.

LOL, Uri Geller.  Does he still bend spoons?

No, and he never did. Well, I guess he did bend some before his performances.

When a guy in my dorm did this trick he would bend them back and forth several times to cause metal fatigue. That way the spoons always looked like normal spoons.
