Pentagon has footage of UFOs being shot down... but it's classified

Officials have confirmed the existence of recent footage showing UAPs being shot down over North America.
Earlier this year, there was a spate of incidents involving unidentified objects being sighted (and subsequently shot down) in and around the United States.

The first, which was described as a 'Chinese spy balloon', was downed on February 4th. Then, over the following weeks, three more objects of unknown nature and origins were downed over Alaska, Canada and the Great Lakes.

Now according to the Pentagon, actual footage exists of these objects being shot down, but none of it can be released to the public because it is classified.

"Footage of aircraft interactions with the high-altitude objects does exist — but remains classified," a Department of Defense spokesman told PetaPixel.
"Release of the images and footage is not possible at this time."

"No timeline has been provided for future release."

Could this indicate that there is more to these incidents than meets the eye ? Were all the objects 'spy balloons' or were they something else that the government would prefer not to disclose ?

The search for answers continues.

…discussing this topic is difficult with you when you compartmentalise every fact and attack it by throwing a blanket of excuses and misdirection, and smothering it with ridicule. I mean no disrespect for your profession but have you ever considered you might need to start looking at the facts and move away from the official line?

what facts?

How about facts related to extraterrestrials? After all,,there is a reason why I have challenged skeptics to provide evidence proving that UAPs are craft of mankind, and I have continued to call upon skeptics to do so, but I'm not getting an answer and I know why. There is no evidence the objects are those of mankind.. Could it be that factual and verifiable documentation and data exclude mankind as owners of those UAPs and the government is well aware that UAPs are not of this Earth? Of course and the government has admitted since the 1940s the objects are "Interplanetary Spaceships." and ... [More]

OK, so let's say aliens are here- fact... What do you think will happen now or what do YOU think could happen?  Though, If it were fact/ real, job done, etc, then why is the media not making it world-breaking news, because 'aliens are here, officially fact' would be world breaking news= the biggest event ever, wouldn't it: but it's not, is it!? Why is this do you think?  Just interested in how your brain perceives the data= the data that's available to all of us, including the media of course.. Peace. Dej...

I know what the data depicts and I know the data does not depict anything of mankind. You have to also remember it was the military that authorized the release of a sensational news headline on July 8, 1947, before covering their story up with a weather balloon that never was and may I remind you that also on the date of July 8, 1947, the military reported flying saucers or disc, over Muroc AAF and Rogers Dry Lake in California.   CONFIDENTIAL HEADQUARTERS MUROC ARMY AIR FIELD OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING OFFICER MUROC, CALIFORNIA                                ... The Arnold sighting (if true) the authorities were thinking Russians, not aliens... I bet when you researched Roswell you looked at all the data that involved the alien claims... In your research did you ever come across data involving residents of the area vigorously petitioning the authorities to stop aerial testing for fear of one crashing into the community?  The authorities insisted this would never happen. When it did, out of panic for a quick response, said 'disk' to the TV reporter who phoned the base, trying to kinda indirectly blame it on the Russians... Bet you've never heard this ... [More]

The Foster ranch is not considered a testing ground of the military and the military would not have authorized a news release regarding their recovery efforts of  a flying saucer if not true  and I might add that Col. William Blanchard had examined the Roswell debris is detail before authorizing that news release. In other words, there was no mistake.

Well, they didn't come from Earth, but they are here. After all, those were not hypersonic weather balloons the Navy was chasing. The objects were coming from deep space, which seems that even Dr. Carl Sagan was aware of when he requested certain space surveillance data from the Air Force in 1968..   SYMPOSIUM ON UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECTS HEARINGS BEFORE THE COMMITTEE ON SCIENCE AND ASTRONAUTICS U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, NINETIETH CONGRESS, SECOND SESSION JULY 29, 1968
