Scientists find way to block fearful memories

Scientists in the US have discovered a means with which to block fearful memories without the use of drugs by showing an object that can stimulate that memory, opening it up and then changing it before it is stored again.
U.S. researchers have found a drug-free way to block fearful memories, opening up the possibility of new treatment approaches for problems such as post traumatic stress disorder, they reported on Wednesday.
