JFK's Dallas hearse up for sale

The hearse used to transport the late President John F. Kennedy will go up for sale for the third time.
The 1964 model, Miller-Meteor Co. white hearse once owned by a Dallas funeral director is soon to be on the auction block again. While the current owner is unknown, the previous owner attempted to sell it in 2007 and 2009; sales which didn't go through because of the unwavering sale price. This time around however there is no asking price so there is no starting limit for the auction.
An auto auction company in Scottsdale, Ariz. , plans to sell a 1964 Cadillac hearse that company executives say transported the body of President Kennedy after he was assassinated in Dallas. The car was used to take the body from Parkland Memorial Hospital to Love Field Airport, where Air Force One was waiting to return it to Washington.

I would love to own a hearse-regardless if Kennedy was in it or not.

It would be worth alot more if kennedy was still in it. Hey Grey Wolf! It seems to me that hearse should already be in a museum somewhere.

Hey Grey Wolf! It seems to me that hearse should already be in a museum somewhere. I think it should be too,but because kennedy was in it,it has become a gruesome oddity, and for some reason there are people in this world that would pay a fortune just to say they own it.it's too weird for me.

To me, this is as bad as the "coin" companies who sell 911 coins to "commemorate the fallen". I seriously don't know how some people can sleep at night. But then.....I have a conscience.

How morbid. I don't understand why anyone would want such a thing.

Who would want to buy it? It belongs in a museum if it's going to be put anywhere.
