Unexplained lights spotted over San Diego

Image: AI-generated (Midjourney) San Diego is certainly no stranger to reports of UFOs having been home to numerous sightings during the 1950s and 1960s.

Recently declassified documents have revealed accounts of several unidentified objects being sighted over the city including one prominent case in 1961 in which a large rotating crescent-shaped UFO was observed moving at high speed over the region.

Despite a thorough investigation the incident was never explained.Fast forward to the present day and now news channel NBC 7 has revealed that multiple witnesses have been contacting them about sightings of a strange aerial anomaly on Tuesday evening which resembled a flashing, multicolored string of lights in the sky above the city.

"I ruled out a drone or a plane because the light was stationary," said local resident Larry Fox who was one of the people to see the spectacle. "It was a series of flashing lights."
