Bizarre worm creature turns up in Taiwan

Footage has emerged of a peculiar looking green worm-like creature with a long pink tongue.
The bizarre creature was filmed by Wei Cheng Jian in the port of Penghu in Taiwan and looks a bit like a snake made out of a translucent green jelly-like substance.
The footage shows the worm slithering about on a concrete floor before a long pink tongue emerges and coils around, seemingly exploring its unfamiliar environment.
It has been suggested online that the creature could be a ribbon worm, an invertebrate that can usually be found buried at the bottom of the ocean in tropical and sub-tropical regions.
It's "tongue" is actually a special feeding tube that it uses to poison and paralyze its victims.
