Toilets chase pedestrians through Moscow

Credit: Matthew Sergei Perrin / CC BY 2.0 (adapted) The bizarre scene, which occurred between the Moscow Museum of Archaeology and the World War of 1812 Museum, saw two portable toilets sliding at such high speed along the rain-slicked concrete that they only narrowly missed a group of pedestrians who had been walking nearby.

The footage, which has since gone viral online, looks more like something you'd expect to see in an episode of Doctor Who than it does a genuine scene from the heart of Russia's capital city.

Thankfully though it does not appear as though anyone was hurt.
