Homeowner films 'ghost' on security camera

A still from the footage (which can be viewed below). Image Credit: YouTube / Joey Nolan The video was captured on August 8th by 33-year-old Joey Nolan who had been going over some of his security CCTV footage when he noticed something unusual at the bottom right of the frame.

At approximately 12:54am, the faint outline of a human-like figure can be seen entering the building before milling around on the landing for a few seconds and disappearing.

Interestingly, a cat sitting on the floor a short distance away fails to react at all to the phenomenon.

"At first it was kind of sketchy, but we've attempted to open a line of communication, just in case it is a spirit," said Nolan. "We have an 'our house is your house' kinda approach to the situation, as long as it stays pleasant, we're not trying to involve the church."In an unexpected twist, the footage was captured 20 years to the day since his grandfather died.

"Now we're thinking that it could just be a young version of Gramps visiting our daughter," he said.
