The remarkable footage was disclosed during this week's Senate Committee hearing on the topic of UFOs.
The hearing, which aimed to address growing concerns over the sheer number of cases that have arisen in recent years as well as to stress the importance of additional funding for research, was attended by a number of experts including Dr Sean Kirkpatrick of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office.

While speaking at the event, Kirkpatrick revealed several pieces of footage including one showing a mysterious metallic orb that had been captured on camera over Iraq.

The case is still classed as "unresolved: in active archive".

Despite such examples of unidentified objects, however, Kirkpatrick stressed that he had seen no definitive evidence to suggest that any of them are extraterrestrial in nature.
"In our research, AARO has found no credible evidence thus far of extraterrestrial activity, off-world technology or objects that defy the known laws of physics," he said.

At present, the department is investigating over 650 cases of unidentified aerial phenomenon.

"Of those over 650, we've prioritized about half of them to be of anomalous interesting value, and now we have to go through those and go 'How much of those do I have actual data for?'" said Kirkpatrick.

You can check out his presentation in the video below.

The Iraq UFO can be found at around 00:22.

I found it interesting at timelines: 10:10 and 10:26 where Dr. Kirkpatrick spoke of the need for data. I agree with him, which is why I have been presenting data because I understood what the data represented and now we have Dr. Kirkpatrick  speaking for the need for data as well.

So the first video is from a drone over Iraq?  Is it not incredibly lucky for that drone to be filming that location at that exact moment?  Who is controlling the camera and why did they instantly change their priorities to follow a sphere of unknown origin when you would assume it was on a mission already?  Or, was filming the drone its mission?
