The event, which could offer up some groundbreaking revelations, will include testimony from three major witnesses.
Held by the US House of Representatives' Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs, the hearing will cover the topic of UFOs (or UAPs) and has the potential to reveal more about what the government knows (or is hiding) about the phenomenon.
Of particular interest will be the testimonies of US Navy aviators Ryan Graves and David Fravor who have both encountered unidentified objects over US airspace.
The subcommittee will also hear from whistleblower David Charles Grusch.
Back in June, Grusch - who previously worked with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and held top-level clearance at the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force - made the startling claim that the US government had long been in possession of "intact and partially intact vehicles of non-human origin".
He has claimed that information regarding these 'vehicles' was being deliberately withheld from Congress which, if true, would make this a matter of double concern for government officials.
You can tune in to the proceedings on July 26th starting at 10 a.m. EDT (1400 GMT).
The event will also be live-streamed via the YouTube feed below.
So summery... UFOs are real, and we've captured some. Aliens are real too, and we've captured some. But so far just documents and witnesses, no ray guns, or ALFs, presented to Congress. Yet!
Figured that must have been the conclusion based on the silence from the "i didn't see one so ill call you all names for not convincing me by producing a live alien via web forum" nuts.
The real summary is three personnel were sworn in and testified their retelling of their stories. The senate panel asked only softball questions that were favorable and easy for them to answer. No hard follow-on questions were posited. Claims were made and no additional witnesses were called to help corroborate claims. Nothing new there. NASA panel member for blue ribbon committee on UAPs was also sworn and provided testimony that continued to explain there are a few items reported that are categorized as 'anomalous' due to a lack of data and evidence. The remainder was confirmation of fin... [More]
You say there are no aliens, yet you have been unable to meet my challenge to present evidence that UAPs are craft of mankind. So, the question is, where is your evidence?
Well, I have presented evidence which I have said proves the objects are not craft of mankind because mankind does not have the performance capabilities that UFOs are known for and I even posted on several occasions that UFO can fly faster than the speed-of-sound without producing a sonic boom and lo and behold, the performance capabilities and the sonic boom question, were brought up at the Congressional hearing. More to be revealed behind closed doors.
Sorry, people seeing stuff is not evidence and the need for these supposed objects to break established physical laws is evidence against them being real. So, let us know when you have a real flying saucer!
Oh yes, they have seen the evidence. In fact, I even posted incidents where ground-based witnesses even confirmed the airborne and ground-based radar contacts of UFOs.
I hate to be the one to inform you of a fact of life... but people lie. They lie because people like you choose to believe them. I was once like you. Radar fails. Radar misleads. Sometimes radar even lies. Lots of things that aren't flying objects reflect radar waves. That's what makes things that aren't objects appear to be objects on radar and that's how they appear to break physical laws. And that's why these objects are never proven to be objects -- they never were objects.
