Short clip of strange 'werewolf-like' creature goes viral on TikTok

This unusual clip, which was reportedly filmed in the city of Reconquista, Santa Fe, went viral after being uploaded onto video sharing social media website TikTok by user leogomez977.

It shows a peculiar creature that appears to be kneeling or sitting down on a road at night with its limbs outstretched in an unnatural, eerie way that's difficult to make sense of.

Its head can also be seen moving up and down.The clip, which racked up a large number of views, likes and comments, generated some heated debate with some users suggesting that what it shows is actually a werewolf - something that is particularly entrenched in the local folklore.

Others, meanwhile, dismissed the clip as a deliberate hoax.

"Video shared by a neighbor of Reconquista, it is a mystery, no one knows what it is, it is not the first time that something like this appears," the uploader wrote.
