Man finds his baby son alive in coffin

So they were first told their baby was a girl... then it turned out to be a boy after it had died??? If I were the parents, I'd be marching into the hospital demanding dna test to see if it was actually their baby that is now dead... It's just too messed up, with too many errors made. Sounds like there could be something dodgy going on there at the hospital!

That poor family. To have to go through this twice. They really have my sympathy. Yeah, Im really really feel sorry for them, I think being relieved of being with your son again followed by another death hurts twice as much.............. and it really hurts to have a doctor who can't even recognize a penis from a vagina. Sad...

A grieving father who had opened the coffin of his deceased baby son discovered to his surprise that the infant was breathing several hours after doctors had pronounced him dead. An investigation in to the blunder is ongoing. Ok this all sounds a little off to me. Ok I can wrap my head around a mistake annoucing the baby dead. its happened b4. What I can't seem to wrap my head around is that The baby was pronounced dead put in a coffin and burried in a matter of hours. 2nd Why in the hell would the father open the casket anyways? I dunno it all sounds a little odd IMO. Still sad!

What a mess........ Now it seems they really will have to put the baby in a coffin

Its wonderful that the baby was alive, hopefully the baby stays healthy...but wait, why just after some hours was the baby in a coffin, i don't know...isn't that too soon for a coffin...well, i don't know, but still...i'm glad the baby is good I live in Ireland but maybe our rules are different here but my gran passed away four weeks ago and on the same day (about five or six hours later, we had her prepped for her wake and everything that same day. So I don't think it is unusual.

Thats a good news....I don't know how the doctor would fail to know it but sometimes even as we doctors do make mistakes....But I dont think it would cost a life....Anyway thats an end to their initial grief and that he will live to hear the tale of it.... Thanks B???

Oh wow ... talk about a rollercoaster ride of emotions!! Dumb doctor Doctors also said my would-be little brother was dead at birth, so they put him into the freezer for storage or something. Later(not sure how long exactly) my mom went to go see him and his entire body was contorted with a frozen expression of him crying. When they announced him dead he(I was told) looked calm like he was sleeping.
